C-ROADS continues to be used to communicate the the need for additional measures to address climate change, beyond those already being considered by governments around the world.
The latest evidence of this comes from the webcast of the April 1 plenary session of AWG-LCA (in Bonn), where US Deputy Special Envoy for Climate Change Jonathan Pershing used C-ROADS output in his presentation. In Pershing’s words:
“The message from this to me is fairly clear. There is clearly a need to do more. We need to think about the financing component, we need to think about the opportunities, we need to think about taking additional actions. That’s now the effort to be followed.”
